Whatever happened to Roboshop?

RoboShop, The Lino Bureau and Press Direct were purchased late in the year 2000 by Imaginex of Mississauga. Imaginex was an operation strong in the field of flexography. A year and a half later their financial mismanagement forced them into receivership... taking all the companies which they had "purchased" with them. I think we can all safely assume that RoboShop, The Lino Bureau and Press Direct are toast.

I now work on my own doing design, illustration and retouching for a variety of clients, many of whom have been with me for many years. I am passionate about the stuff that I do and now, I have the opportunity to focus on it. RoboShop was a fun ride for most of its twelve years --I had the opportunity to work with some wonderful people on some pretty nifty projects. Over the last couple of years RoboShop kinda morphed into something else, some parts of which I liked, some I didn't. I'm happy to be back on my own. Just as I was 12 years ago.
